Alzheimer’s New Jersey will present a program, Coping with Caregiver Stress, at the Rutherford Public Library on Tuesday, June 20, from 7-8 PM.

The program will discuss caregiver stress and will offer coping strategies to become a healthier caregiver to loved ones with Alzheimer’s or other forms of dementia. Often, caregivers neglect their own well-being because they are devoting so much times to the responsibilities of day-to-day caregiving and may need tips on self-care.

Pre-registration for this event is required in one of three ways: by stopping by the library or calling 201-939-8600, by visiting, or by calling Alzheimer’s New Jersey at 888-280-6055.
